@makeitjudy's Review of Best Friend - Paradise, NV

Hey friends, come eat with me at Best Friend inside Park MGM. There was a DJ there playing some good music, we ordered some drinks, and oh gosh, the fire alarm decided to go on. But anyways, for dinner we ordered the kalbi, the garlic chicken, and the uni dynamite rice. The first thing I tried was the uni dynamite rice because I heard so many good things about it. There was definitely a flavor explosion in my mouth, but it was a little too salty. The next thing I tried was the kalbi. They were definitely more on the meaty side. It was tender and juicy, but it was kind of lacking a little bit of that Korean barbecue flavor that I was looking for. But overall, I liked it better than the garlic chicken. We decided to order the short rib tacos and clumsy me almost lost it. It looked so good and I was so excited to try it. And just a little reminder, I'm still not the cleanest eater, but let me tell you about the first bite I took. I realized I was just chewing the tortilla, slaw, and just fat, but I didn't want to be rude and spit it out. And here's our desserts, compliments of the chef.
