@hungere-for-diy's Review of The Dam Cafe - Tahoe City, California

Have you been to the Dam Cafe in Tahoe City yet? We came here to grab some breakfast before hitting the slopes. They had a ton of different options. It actually took me a little while to review all the different options that they had. I had a hard time choosing between the breakfast sandwich and the breakfast burrito. They both sounded so good. It did take a little while for us to get our food. From the time that we placed our order, it took about 20 minutes, but I think it was totally worth the wait. They had this outdoor seating area, so we were able to bring our pups. This iced chai latte which was delicious and this breakfast sandwich was a perfect way to start my morning and I love that they allow two protein options so I was able to get bacon and avocado. The avocado really just made this so much more scrumptious. I also really like that their bacon was super crispy even Copper wanted some. If you're in a little bit of a rush this might not be the best option but if you have time to sit down and enjoy breakfast I would definitely recommend coming here. The service was friendly and the breakfast were on par.
