Come with me to Eric's Italian Bistro on Long Island. This classic Italian restaurant starts off with complimentary bruschetta and bread. We got baked clams and grilled octopus to start. Each dish we got as a main came with the pasta, and each sauce had a sweetness to it which we thought was amazing. The staff is great, and the waitress even gave us a free dessert since we were celebrating my mom's birthday. I can't believe this was my first time trying Eric's, but it definitely won't be my last.
