So it's going to be a pale ale. We're using four different types of hops, but the main hop is called Alani. It's going to be a lighter pale ale just to kind of let that fresh hop shine through. The other hops we're using are Eldorado, Mosaic, and Cinco. So we're looking for piney, citrus, and kind of tropical notes out of this. It's really awesome just to see the progress we've made over these eight years, especially to do this type of beer where we get to harvest and purchase and ship hops all the way from the Pacific Northwest and brew with them two days later. It's really cool. So I'm glad to be able to do it with my group crew too because I wouldn't be able to do it without them.
