@makeitjudy's Review of Sushi Neko - Spring Valley, Nevada

If you're ever in Las Vegas, Nevada, and you love sushi, you gotta check out Sushi Neko. It's definitely one of my favorite spots. My sister wanted to try a roll, and this was recommended by our server. It's called Son of the Beach, and oh my gosh, it was bomb. I ordered a side of Mini Unan, but I went straight to our order, and I kind of forgot about it. One of the things that I always like getting is a super white tuna. Right now, I'm trying a salmon belly, and it melts in your mouth. So buttery, so delicious. I love it. Mackerel is one of my favorite fishes. to eat and I always have to get a double order of this one. And don't forget to ask for fresh wasabi. I'm eating the trout right now and it's always creamy, buttery, and so delicious. I went back for mackerel and yes of course I'm still a messy eater. We ordered the short rib skewers, the pork belly skewers, and the shishito peppers and it was a little tough. We ordered the oysters and it was topped with some type of salsa theme. It was good and it tasted really fresh. We ordered the shishimi towers, the be good, and also finished it off with some lemon salmon roll. Don't forget to try this place right now. friends.
