Have you been to Angus the butcher shop in Dublin yet? This place just opened up last month and I wanted to come here to grab some meat for Memorial Day weekend to grill up. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the store was and how organized everything was. They had some hot food available, a stand with various goodies, and a ton of high-grade meat in the refrigerator, and a refrigerator in the back full of meats, shabu-shabu food items, more meats, marinated meat, and side dishes. and more. I got some and a side of pickled radish wraps. The quality of meat from Angus the butcher shop was phenomenal. The pork belly was unlike any other pork belly I've ever had. It was surprisingly really tender and super delicious. And the boneless short ribs practically melted in my mouth. Each ssam that I made was so good. The quality of meat from here was outstanding. I don't think I can get my meat from any other place moving forward.
