Hey, I'm at 50 cal in Rome, which roughly translates to good dough. It's also one of six pizzerias included in Italy's Michelin Guide. The simple but traditional pizzas have fresh, organic ingredients, uncarefully prepared, specially hydrated dough, adding different varieties of extra virgin olive oil found only in Campania. Today, I tried the Diavolo, with cuts of salami, buffalo mozzarella, and fresh basil. Just outstanding. Next I tried the spicy naduja pie. The incredible fior de la mixed with the heat from the naduja was outstanding. These were some of the cheesiest pies I've ever eaten. Just look at how that cheese just drips right off the side. There are lots of options here so it's definitely a must try when visiting Rome or Naples.
