Come with me to have the best dinner of my entire life at El Cielo en Medellín. While there is a location in Miami and DC, I was very lucky to try the experience at the Medellín location. The experience is a 17 course experience. Like, have you ever had a crystallized potato? Insane. These chocolate balls were used not only to exfoliate our hands, but also to play with it, get messy, and really set the vibe for the whole night. Besides the very delicious food, This is a very sensory experience. You are encouraged not only to use your hands, but also an open mind. And yes, that has ants on it. The whole experience took about two hours and it really is a journey. We finished off the night not only with dessert, but with drip coffee. They wanted us to try coffee as if we were in the mountains and they definitely delivered. If you're ever in Medellin, you need to come here.
