Insomnia has a speakeasy. You have to know the password to get behind the bookshelf into the exclusive cookie lab. The password is on Instagram highlights each week, so make sure you keep an eye on it. They serve milkshakes and cookies that are not on your typical Insomnia menu. I decided to get the six pack. It was around $30. Yes, it is a little pricey, but it's definitely worth the experience. The first cookie is cookies on cookies with a chocolate chip cookie with Oreos and fudge on top. It has a crunch, but it's definitely not my favorite, but it's still good. After this, I the galaxy it was very artificial and then the insomnia glaze which tastes like a fudge brownie the red velvet cheesecake was super gooey the snickerdoodles tasted a lot like caramel apple and the last one was peanut butter pretzel
