@silversspots's Review of La Merenda - Milwaukee, WI

One of my absolute favorite restaurants in Milwaukee is La Miranda, located in Walker's Point. This tapas restaurant has different international dishes, and nothing from this meal was less than excellent. The creamy and cheesy mushroom risotto with pesto was to die for. The patatas bravas are covered in a delicious and creamy but spicy tomato sauce. The Colombian beef empanadas, which were gluten-free, were beautifully crunchy on the outside with a delicious blend of meat and spices on the inside. The lamb curry with lentils and spinach was a rich, creamy stew with so much flavor in each bite. Lastly, the Moroccan braised goat was topped on couscous with a creamy and spicy sauce. I took one bite and wow, the goat was beautifully prepared and I love the harissa sauce on top. Lastly, this espresso type flan was light and flavorful after a heavy but delicious meal. I can't wait to come back soon.
