A person is cutting a piece of meat from a lamb chop using a knife and fork. The plate has green powder sprinkled around it, some sauce underneath the meat, and two small leaves next to the meat. As they cut through the meat, more white creamy substance appears beneath it. After finishing cutting off a portion of the meat, the person lifts that portion up towards the camera before placing it back down onto the plate.

We did the 18 course tasting menu experience. It was an experience! Portions were small so you could get through all 18. It was a totally sensory experience. Visual, hands, smells. We even had a dessert where we were told to lick the plate. No utensils. F
