All right, ladies and gentlemen, we're back with another restaurant review. This time we're at Basic Kitchen located in Charleston, South Carolina. Let me tell you on this trip, I've been eating good, okay? But I have not been eating well. And this restaurant instantly fixed that. First of all, the ambiance is absolutely adorable. I love sitting on the back patio with my friends, but the food was incredible. It made me feel so healthy and it made me feel so clean afterwards. The buffalo cauliflower tempura was delicious, so good. And the miso salmon was like a cooked poke bowl. I highly recommend both.
