Um, can I get one chicken with ube? Okay. Yes, this new Chinese restaurant is serving fried chicken with ube. The sticky sauce itself is not ube flavored, but it is a sweet and spicy sauce that goes so well with ube pieces and lightly crisp, juicy chicken. If you're not a fan of chicken, they also have a spare ribs version too. I also tried their boiling bowl of stew that has rice crepe rolls, beef brisket, and bean curd. Everything was super fresh, flavorful, and well cooked. Definitely check this spot out on Ocean Avenue, not too far from Stone's Down. Cheers!
