If you're looking for some delicious Mexican food in Pilsen, you have to stop by Senorita's Cantina. It is such a cool spot to hang out and they have an entire vegan menu. We started with two of their refreshing Christmas cocktails, the pink cream and the Grinch. Of course, I had to try their flavorful elote and fresh guacamole and both were amazing. Their menu offers four vegan tacos, ground beef, al pastor, chorizo, and veggie, but my favorite dish was definitely the stuffed quesadilla. We ended our meal with this rich churro sundae. day everything tasted so authentic and I can't wait to come back and try more.
