We're alphabet dating, which means that every date is based on a letter of the alphabet. Today, we're doing the letter B, so we're treating ourselves to a swanky five-course dinner at Bombay Brasserie. It's inside the Taj Hotel, so yes, the vibe is luxe. It actually took my breath away a little when we first walked in, but it's also really warm and welcoming, and this is enhanced so much by the warm and attentive service. From the moment they brought the amuse-bouche, I knew it. We were in for a treat. I'm gonna be honest, I didn't know how to eat that neatly, but I was enjoying every second of it. We did the set menu, vegetarian for me, non-vegetarian for Ivan, and I can't recommend it enough. It's curated, so no decision fatigue, and you get to taste a little bit of everything. The plating is thoughtful, everything smells amazing, and their Dal Makni was something close to a religious experience for me. If you like Indian flavors, and a plush curated atmosphere, Bombay Brasserie is perfect for your next special night out. Date night, celebration, or even a main character solo dinner. Bookmark the spot for flavor, comfort, and a little bit of drama in the best way. Have a look at the caption to see more information about this experience and all five courses. And let me know in the comments what we should do for the letter C.
