Getting a reservation at the newly opened Nori Co is almost impossible and now I see why. The vibes are modern and intimate while making you feel like you're having an exclusive dining experience. There are only 20 seats in here but every seat is a good seat. The nori chips and dip were amazing and it came with the soy sauce that was made in-house. This Benatoro lox was also one of my favorites. Fresh salmon, smoked trout roe, and everything seasoning. The hand rolls are unbelievable. Each hand roll is made right in front of you with the freshest ingredients and they are meant to be enjoyed immediately so you can savor that perfect crisp from the nori. They even have hand roll sets available in case you're kind of confused about what you would like. It gives you some of everything. Be sure to try one of their delicious drinks. I highly recommend the lychee martini or the Tokyo Store. This is a reservation worth fighting for. Enjoy.
