So here's the, look, we were doing some of the kitchen. So for this course we have is one of Raymond Blanc's classic dishes. This is his wild mushroom risotto, which is made with a parmesan and marzipan cream sauce. You'll have a flavour of pork loadings. And this is made with trumpet mushrooms and risotto. And we finally have shavings of Romanian Truffle to finish. I've never seen a proper Truffle meeting. I can smell it from here.
