Yo, what's good you guys? Today we're getting some dinner at Carolina Ale House for the first time. This is in Western Florida on Western Road. If you know, you know. This is a dope casual restaurant and sports bar with all your favorites. We started off with some drinks to get the mood right and then we looked at the menu and started off with some appetizers. They have a very extensive menu. So like normal, I went ham on appetizers. I got three of them. They look pretty good and they taste it even better. They have their artisan five cheese spinach dip which comes with pita chips and also homemade tortilla chips. perfect to share the waitress recommended that we get the signature dry rub tried six of those very flavorful i really appreciate that recommendation but this honey hot flatbread was the best recommendation for an appetizer kept the drinks coming with the carolina hurricane fishbowl before we got some entrees starting off with the surf and turf which is served with beer battered potatoes and some beautiful broccoli make sure to squeeze some lemon juice on that lobster tail which is also cooked perfectly the steak was cooked medium well but it was still flavorful and juicy got a few more entrees here we got the roast salmon. This came with the vegetable rice pilaf, garlic steamed broccoli, and some cilantro lime creme on the side. This salmon was cooked perfectly. So soft, so flavorful. Last but certainly not least, we have some shrimp scampi, some linguine pasta, some alfredo sauce, and some sauteed shrimps, diced tomatoes, and parsley. This is not your regular sports bar. The chefs in the back, they cook something serious. Y'all should check this spot out ASAP. Like and follow for more.
