Melbourne, man am I late to the party with this one. Dining for one or choosing ingredients for two when it comes to a hot pot is hard and can be a pricey venture. Introducing Malatang, a do-it-yourself hot pot without ruining it by cooking it yourself, and it's for one. With over 100 ingredients to choose from at pre-inflation prices, the only expense is wanting it all at once. My kind of spicy with the right amount of Sichuan and no paying extra for the broth. It's numbingly delicious. I promise.
