If I told you this was the best meal I've ever had, even that would be an understatement. I don't know why I waited so long to try casamono, but my mind was blown away. I knew I was about to be sold on this meal as soon as I tried that olive oil, because I have never tasted so much olive in olive oil ever before. We got the uni scrambled eggs, and if you know me, I love anything uni. It came with crushed walnuts and lime on top, which perfectly balanced all of the textures and the flavors out. We also got this gigantic mountain of hamoniberico. which is worth absolutely every penny I've ever had. We also got the skirt steak, that is so hard to say, with romesco and onion marmalade. The foie gras, which was absolutely incredible, as well as the bone marrow with trout roe, horseradish, and everything bagel seasoning. So back to the skirt steak, which I thought was great, but it was really just whatever. It tasted like any other steak, but again, it was good. The foie gras was really the star of the show for me, an absolute 200. 179 out of 10. The crunchiness of the cinco cebollas paired with the fattiness and the richness of the liver, it really made it a decadent pairing and I was absolutely obsessed. And finally, we have the bone marrow, which again did not disappoint. Every time I go somewhere and I get bone marrow, I'm always a little underwhelmed because they never give you enough. And whoever thought to put some everything bagel spice on top, 10 out of 10. I've really never experienced anything like this before. And let me just tell you, i sat through a torrential downpour just to stay for dessert we got the crema catalana a burnt vanilla brulee it also came with these deep fried bay leaves on top and you kind of just like eat around the bay leaf and pull the leaf out i don't know what it was i don't really understand that experience but honestly it was mesmerizing i would highly recommend checking this place out and yes i would come again
