Have you been to the Skewer Bar in San Jose yet? I've been wanting to come here ever since I saw another foodie friend post about them. I loved the interior of this place. It was playful and fun. You scan the QR code on their table to prove their menu and order. They had so many different options available. They had typical things like beef, lamb, and vegetables, but they also had some other delicacies that I wasn't brave enough to try. We got a couple of beers to start with. These were only a dollar, so why not? The Golden rice complemented all the meats that we ordered we got a few different skewers to share everything was grilled perfectly and the seasoning was so good my favorites were definitely the chicken skin they were super crispy the beef steak which was really yummy and the chicken skewer which is really flavorful we also got some bone marrow which i highly recommend and don't forget to grab some veggies too we got some string bean corn and mushroom all of which was super tasty for dessert i got myself a rice cake these fried milk sticks. We ate so many skewers. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the mood for something grilled on a stick.
