Have you been to Ramen Nagi and Santa Clara yet? They're located inside Westfield Valley Fair and if you've ever seen the line on a weekend, it zigzags back and forth. I've even heard that some people will wait up to two hours. I decided to try my luck and go there on a weekday. We got there right at 11 which is when they open and there were already about 30 people in line. I filled up my order while waiting. I really like that you can customize your ramen however you want. Right around 11.11 is when we got to the front of the line but I think we just missed the first seating. so we had to wait to be part of the second wave. We got seated around 11.20 and while we were handing in our order forms, they asked us if we wanted any additional appetizers. Each table comes with these bean sprouts and these were really good. We almost finished the entire jar. The ramen here was really tasty. I can see why people wait for this. The broth was really rich and again, I just love that you can customize it and my noodles were perfect. I would highly recommend getting their chicken karaage. It was seasoned perfectly and very crispy on the outside. And the hubby in a friend ended up getting an order of gyoza each for themselves. That's how good they were. I understand why this place is so hyped.
