Are you really from Chicago if you don't know about the OG lunch lady butter cookies? Well, if you don't, let me put you on to Signature Sweets Factory. This local family-owned business decided to create the Chicago-style butter cookies that we all know and love. They graciously sent me over a whole thing of their cookies with each flavor in them. Now, each bag only comes with four cookies, but these cookies are huge. Now, the original butter cookie flavor is a solid 8 out of 10 for me. me love it nostalgic now this italian lemon cake was my least favorite i'm not a big lemon dessert girl but the ingredients are very fresh bright and tart now the strawberry ice cream cookie she that girl she's that girl it tastes exactly like the strawberry shortcake ice cream bar that you get from the ice cream truck the devil's food cake cookie was really really fresh really decadent but it wasn't my favorite because because it has espresso in it, and I'm not a coffee girl. For all my espresso martini girls, this cookie's for you. Now, this is the cookie I was most anticipating, and it was my second favorite, which is the horchata and tres leche cake.
