Yo, what's good, you guys? Did I fly way over to Texas just to try high roller sushi? Yes. Yes, I did. And it was worth it. Starting off strong with the blueberry lemonade. This was absolutely on point on the money. Then he brought out the smash burger. This is arguably the best smash burger I've ever had in my life. Super flavorful. The sauce was on point. Then he got me the hibachi trio salmon steak and lamb. Listen, the lamb chops were cooked perfectly. Then he brought up this cheeseburger egg roll. Never had that in my life, but it was phenomenal. Make sure you dip it in the sauce. You know what I'm saying? Super fire. And for dessert, the fried Oreos. But this man did not let me leave until I tried a hibachi dia. Listen, Chef Chino, you are a freaking genius, okay? This hibachi dia was so amazing. I left full, took a nap, woke up in the middle of the night, and killed that hibachi dia. It was so damn good.
