@hungere-for-diy's Review of Fancy Flavors - San Jose, California

Have you been to Fancy Flavors Bake Shop in San Jose yet? I've been wanting to come here ever since I saw their cute treats all over social media. I got here at 10.52 and I was the first in line. I looked over their menu while I waited but even at 11 when they opened there wasn't a line like Yelp had mentioned. They still had their fall drink menu available so I got a pumpkin chai latte and the hubby got a pumpkin spice latte. These were dangerously addictive. I would stop by here for coffee every morning if i lived closer we ended up sharing a few baked goodies we each got a macaroon to try and then we shared a raspberry matcha croissant obviously i've been seeing a lot of these spiral croissants all over the bay area but i think the ones from fancy flavors was by far the best ones i've had the croissant was flaky and they were very generous with the filling and i had to get one of their cream puffs these were so adorable i couldn't bring myself to cut the face in half so i split it front to back the inside was filled with this delicious vanilla cream that was kind of custard like this place is just so adorable definitely worth a visit if you're in the area
