The best view of the Bellagio fountains is probably at Picasso. This is Steve Wynn's personal pet project. There are 16 different Picassos at this restaurant. It's very fancy, French fusion kind of place. Not a place for a $5 slice of pizza. The tables are beautiful and every spot has a great view. The food is good but not life-changing.
