Hey friends! Kain tayo sa Metis in Makati. For our beverage, we got a Pinot Noir from California. And the first dish was a gazpacho. Normally, ayoko ng cold soup. Pero this was very well balanced, had complex flavors. It was really good. The second dish was an oyster mushroom tart. Whoever conceptualized this is a genius. Ito naman yung savory ensaymada nila. I wasn't really a fan, but it was still good. Next up, we have a potato sinigang kind of thing. It was creamy. Didn't really like it. I still prefer actual sinigang to it. And then they served the main courses. Ito yung aged tanige. This was so good. Like, it was so rich and very fresh. Ito naman yung aged pork from Zambales. And they served it with a fried rice. This is a langka sorbet. And I would go back. tomatoes just for this this is out of this world and to wrap up the tasting menu this is their take on rice in different forms all in all this was a very good splurge i definitely recommend trying it it was well worth it
