Hey Liana, you know we don't have one here so I had to go to Taiwan to try it out. Let's go to Ding Fung Chui. I mean Ding Tai Fung. Started with this cucumber which was one of their signature dishes. It definitely tasted good and I realized it's because of the MSG. No hate though. There's nothing wrong with a little bit of MSG in your food. I was definitely craving greens during the trip and got this A Cai which was nothing special but still good. For you and your bao movements this though was a reason why it came to try their signature pork xiao long bao we had to get the sauce plate ready with some vinegar and soy sauce and already came with shredded ginger all right let's go in for the taste test now all my foodies know you gotta be careful eating these because the soup can be burning hot you want to bite off a little bit suck out the soup to drip out and then eat the bao so you don't burn your mouth. A little bit on the lighter side so i went in for some dippings before i ate the whole thing this is a dish i've never had before so i was curious to try it the broth was very light and it came with glass noodles it's delicious this is also one of the signature dishes it's a hong yu chao shou which is just dumplings you can mix in a spicy sauce these are good but i wouldn't come here just to eat these and i thought the version at chun shui tang was much better i also got these because i was curious about the green squash. Feeling. Never had anything like this in a Xiaolongbao. It was unfortunately not my favorite. Flavors are too bland for my taste. 3 out of 10. We gotta try everything at least once. Here are the masters making our Xiaolongbao. Isn't it awesome that everything's freshly made by hand? They're also very serious about covering their hair here. Like and follow for more if you enjoyed this video. My mission was accomplished.
