@silversspots's Review of Mabel's BBQ - Cleveland, Ohio

Recently, I went to Mabel's Barbecue located in Cleveland, Ohio. They had a communal style since we shared our table with another group which made for a cozy atmosphere. I got a local beer and their lean brisket along with Brussels sprouts, some pickled veggies, and a piece of rye bread. The Brussels had fantastic flavor with the chives, mustard, and smoked Cleveland caviar. The brisket was fine but ever so slightly dry, but their barbecue sauce I added on top was delicious with a nice kick of spice. I took one bite and wow, so delicious. I can't wait to come back soon.
