If you haven't been to a Georgian restaurant, then you have to go and get the kachapuri for this cheese boat. I went to the Diplomat Cafe located in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. They have a beautiful but small interior. Here's the delicious kachapuri or cheese boat with an egg yolk on top that you mix with the cheese. We also got the mushroom ajakuri in a clay pot, which came with mushrooms, potatoes, and herbs. It came out sizzling, was delicious. I took one bite of the kachapuri and wow, the cheese and flavor was overwhelming. all amazing i can't wait to come back soon
