Thanks to the Daigo restaurants for the invitation to Morokichi Yukimura's Kichikichi Omurice event at Daigo Ramen in Caneso, Mexico City. Chef Yukimura is famous for his omurice restaurant in Kyoto, Japan. Omurice is a fried rice with an omelette on top. He's been making this dish for almost 50 years and you can tell he loves his work. It's almost more of a show than a meal, but so much fun. He has several methods of breaking the omelette. The entertainment never ends. He even has a hit song about his kichi kichi omurice. You can find it on Spotify. What a fun and delicious meal. It was a great time seeing everyone enjoy our short time with Chef Yukimura. Thanks again, Daigo.
